Lisa-Lou Ferret (France)

Supporting the Talibé Children

For two months, Maison de la Gare had the pleasure of welcoming Lisa‑Lou for her internship. Throughout her stay, she fully engaged in the daily life of the children and of the residential school, actively participating in numerous educational, social, and recreational projects.

During her time with us, Lisa‑Lou contributed to the development of Maison de la Gare’s activity guide as well as to creation of s psychological evaluation form for the children — two tools that will strengthen the quality of our educational support and follow‑up for the young people we serve.

She also participated in the development of a recreational area, designed to offer children a more pleasant environment, promoting play, relaxation and moments of connection.

Beyond this, Lisa-Lou was involved in recreational activities, preparing and distributing snacks, while sharing many moments of interaction and closeness with the children. She also organized a festive afternoon that brought joy and excitement to the children, highlighted by a performance from the "faux lions" and a shared snack.

Through her energy, kindness, and commitment, Lisa-Lou made a valuable contribution to Maison de la Gare's work. Her dedication and availability were greatly appreciated by the children and the entire team.

The whole Maison de la Gare team thanks Lisa-Lou warmly for her involvement throughout her internship and wishes her much success in the continuation of her personal and professional journey.
