For two weeks, our volunteer Élodie Peres put all her energy and kindness into the service of the children at Maison de la Gare, providing valuable support through our nursing and literacy programs.

Committed and caring, Élodie invested herself with great sensitivity in medical care for the children, both at the center and during visits to the daaras where they live. Through her gentleness and attentiveness, she was able to soothe, reassure, and bring smiles back to the children, creating around her an atmosphere of trust and comfort.

In parallel, she enthusiastically participated in the literacy program, supporting students in their daily progress. Her tailored teaching methods and patience allowed each student to advance at their own pace, while discovering the joy of learning in a supportive environment.

Always available and naturally positive, Élodie quickly integrated into the life of the center. Her dynamism, empathy, and sincere commitment touched both the children and the entire educational team.

We warmly thank Élodie for her generous presence, her spirit of sharing, and her profound dedication. Her time at Maison de la Gare will remain marked by moments of solidarity, tenderness and wonderful human encounters.
